Neurodivergence express a quality of a person's neurology in relation to the common neurotypical one; Neurodiversity expresses that there are several different neurotypes which vary from each other. In usage, a single person can be neurodivergent; you could also say "a group of neurodivergent people." A neurotypical (NT) is someone who does not have any diagnosis considered to be neurodivergent (ND). Sometimes NT is used as a synonym for [[Allism|allistic]], which is someone who is not autistic, but ''could'' have another ND diagnosis.
